STRUCTURE OF OUR TESTERS
Basically our testers are composed by:
-
A mechanical
part: welded steel frame, rotating table, rotating distributor
for the the vacuum or pressure supplying , electrical lifting
device of the table for quick can height change over, conveyor
belt, entry/exit stars, rubber heads for the hermetic closure on
the open part of the cans

A pneumatic part: vacuum pump,
plastic tubes, valves, manometers, lubrication pump, vacuum or
pressure compensating tank

An electrical part: electrical
box equipped with a PLC (it can be OMRON, SIEMENS or ALLEN
BRADLEY), frequency converter, touch screen display that
visualizes all the information concerning the machine working,
photocells and transducers which transform the reading values of
the vacuum (or of the pressure) into decimal digits in a way to
allow
the test analysis.
