TESTERS FOR AEROSOL CANS
Testers type “BPS 24
Ae” – “BPS 36 Ae” – “BPS 48 Ae”

For empty aerosol cans and other containers which
must contain under pressure products which need a very high test
accuracy level in a way to avoid that the very little leaks are
not detected.
With these testers it is possible to detect the
microleaks, realizing in each can an high pressurization and
verifying with high quality transducers that the pressure values
remain stable during the entire test cycle.
Also these tester types have been improved in the
last years and today they can realize a test with clamped can:
during the test, in fact, the can is kept only
from the dome and so it remains over the lifting plate avoiding
that eventual leaks due to the seaming can be masked by the can
pressure on the lifting plate.

MAIN FEATURES
LEAKING CANS EJECTION SYSTEM WITH DOUBLE TRACK CONVEYOR
Double track exit conveyor: the leaking cans are moved to the second track so that any risk of damage is avoided.

HANGING CAN SYSTEM
Every aerosol can is clamped by a special pincer that allows it to remain hanging from the dome during the test cycle. This system have been well tested through many years of experience. |

EASY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
Special system that opens the mechanical cam of the machine allowing to the can lifting groups to remain in low position: this means a perfect access to the leak-tester during the maintenance operations. |

EASY BA.SCO. ELECTRONIC
No software or electronic knowledge is required.
The software and the electronic system for the micro-leak detection are placed in a single electronic print that is equipped on every testing bell. These prints are interchangeable.

You can visualize on the leak-tester display the graph showing the leaking curve concerning every aerosol can that have been tested. |

LSS (Optional)
The LSS (Leak Simulation System)allows to simulate micro-leaks of 2-3 cc/min. on each single testing bell. You can select the testing bell to be verified by a push-button panel in every moment during the production. |

TESTING BELL CONTROL SYSTEM
A vacuum is created inside each testing bell to verify continuously that they are perfectly airtight. |
