LEAK TESTERS FOR FILLED AEROSOL CANS

The new BA.SCO. GPA has been studied to detect a level of micro-leak and to eject the overfilled cans in accordance with the new Aerosol Dispensers Directive 2008/47/CE and the ADR carrying out the total control of the filled cans.

1) The GPA leak tester is able to detect the most part of the propellant gasses which are usually utilized during the filling phase, as butane-propane, dimethyl eter... 2) It does not require any adjustment for the cans height changeover 3) Very quick can size change over: it is necessary to replace only the tool for the entry/exit of the cans 4) The GPA leak tester does not require any preventive maintenance and every single head is equipped with an electronic card and a sensor group for the gas which you can quickly change. 5) The GPA’s leak detecting system can TEST THE WHOLE CAN’S BODY: this means that you can detect the leaks on the most important points where is possible to have a leak Top and bottom end seaming Weld bead Valve Valve seaming

WEIGHT CHECKING        • Intermittent working mechanical group that allows to transform the continuous movement of the transmission belt that connect the exit star into an alternating movement with 50% stop phase and 50% progressive speed phase in a way to return synchronized with the movement of the rotating table of the leak-tester in the following cycle. Clearly the stop phase is utilized to check the weight of the filled aerosol can   • Weighing plate with underlying load cell   • The PLC of the our Integrated System is also equipped with an Ethernet port and this allows to create a network connection between the Basco Integrated System and the Central PC that can send and receive data to and from the Integrated System.
