These are machines which are already well known, used for medium speed productions. On the standard version further technical betterments have been made, that let increase the already high ratio of quality. Moreover the betterments involve also the aesthetic view of the machine which has now a more modern look. As standard, the machine has a LATERAL CONVEYOR and an ELECTICAL LIFTING SYSTEM for the quick height change-over. They can have the entry cans from the left or from the right side for a better positioning on the existing lines. On request we can deliver the above versions with the frontal conveyor (U-shaped).

These versions that we propose for higher productions have been also bettered. For these machines the standard is only the lateral conveyor and the electrical lifting system of the table.

The fastest machine that we produce, available to follow a line up to 1200 cans per minute; the machine is delivered with a special can accumulator that permits a better feeding of the cans at high speed : every time that the machine stops and the flux of the cans is interrupted, the machine will restart slowly that avoid the damaging of the cans and increases gradually the speed. To realize this solution we have a storage unit that balances the cans surplus during the phases of low speed

These are machines that we suggest for the big containers. Their main feature is represented by the fixed plugs for the reduction of the volume inside the container. They are mounted on the upper part of the table and the cans are lifted towards them by a system of plates and carriages driven by a cam. The plugs, reducing the volume inside the can, guarantee an higher test accuracy; moreover, being fixed, allow that the machine has a simple frame and therefore a better accessibility for the maintenance. Moreover it permits more rotations and higher potential.

N.B.: there is also the pneumatic version of the testers type PG 12 and PG 18 where the cans are lifted towards the plugs by pneumatic pistons. We suggest them for the slower production lines
