Testers type “PRE 1009 GLX” – “PRE 1018 GLX” – “PRE 1536 GLX”

These machines are a version of the PRE type  for industrial cans made of tin plate, aluminium  or composite materials,  with open top or different types of end (ring, seamed top with filling hole, with dome or screw spout  etc.). The PRE series machines, after many working years in every condition, showed an high performance level that can be explained by their simple but perfect, by a technical point of view, realization that does not need a complicated and expensive maintenance and allows to every operator  to have a quick control of the machine.

The small dimensions of these testers and the flexibility of their components allow a simple installation in the existent production lines.

These models, that we realized for many customers, have been improved in the last years, specially with regard to the cans lifting system that is now constituted by special levers which guarantee many advantages (particularly with very high cans, heavy cans or cans with spouts or domes).

A particular attention was dedicated to the machine’s tooling, in a way to reduce to the minimum the necessary time for the can size changeover : for example it is possible to realize the height changeover in approx. 1 minute, while the can’s diameter changeover needs approx. 10-15 minutes.

Some accessories are available to improve the test in certain conditions and to increase even more the machine flexibility:

• BIPOWER: these machines can be equipped with the bipower system that allows to do both the vacuum test and the pressure test; in this way, according to the features of the cans that have to be tested, it is possible to select the best type of test, only pushing a button.

• DOUBLE synchronization infeed worm: the best solution for the separation and the creation of the necessary step between the rectangular cans.

Testers type “PRE 2024 GLX” e “PRE 2032 GLX”

These machines are practically a version derived from the previous models PRE GLX of which they keeps the same GLX lifting system of the cans with special levers, but they are realized for cans with greater diameter: it covers a range up to a Ø of 200 mm and for productions that may arrive up to approx. 250 cpm. (depending of the can volume).

These are  machines which we consider advisable for all those customers who want an economical tester, very flexible, able to test cans with open top as well as cans with seamed top and screw spout (can types for solvents, oil, aggressive products, etc.)

Tester type “PRE 2016 GLX”

This is another version of the previous ones, with a low number of heads, for testing cans with great diameter, open top cans as well as seamed top cans with screw spout (barrels for oil, chemistry  products, etc.). It is an economical and flexible machine. We suggest it for slower productions.
