TESTERS FOR RECTANGULAR AND SQUARE CANS

Testers type “PRP 12” – “PRP 16” – “PRP 20”

These machines are provided for rectangular cans (from 2 liters up to 25-30 liters and speed up to 100 cpm). The test is realized under pressure. The PRP models are not rotating testers : the cans which arrive from the line are moved alternatively on parallel conveyors where the test is realized. These machines are equipped with a special system for the containment of the cans during the test in a way to avoid every problem concerning the cans’ side walls deformation.

Modello “P 2024 X ”

This machine is provided for rectangular cans (up to 5 liters cans and speed up to 150 cpm). The test is realized under pressure. The P 2024 X is able to realize an excellent test utilizing a very low pressure. In this way it is possible to reach an high testing speed without any deformation of the cans

It is not necessary any manual adjustment to realize the height changeover because the testing heads come down automatically up to reaching the can lid

· QUICK ADJUSTMENT OF THE TESTING HEADS IF THE POSITION OF THE FILLING HOLE CHANGES

The innovative mechanical system of the P 2024 X allows to change the position of all the testing heads in the same time! Different filling hole sizes and position do not represent any problem!

· HIGH WORKING SPEED

The P 2024 X can achieve a working speed up to 150 cans per minute and is able to test rectangular cans up to 5 lt.

· SPECIAL RUBBER PADS

The special rubber pads allow to test cans with different filling hole sizes without any change!
