Highest accuracy machines for the microleaks
detection following the off line statistical procedure. Every
can is moved in a an hermetic seal bell and subjected to a
pressurization for a sufficient time that allows to detect the
faulty cans. This type of test can be compared to the one of
the water bath.
These machines can be semiautomatic (cans manual
feeding on the testers conveyor and automatic test cycle) or
totally automatic (programmed drawing of the cans directly from
the line and their return to it after the test).
Every faulty can is clearly signalled by the
machine.
