"Check the tightness of the cans before they arrive at the palletizer and eject the faulty ones"

The daily experience of the canmakers shows that the defects that mainly make them anxious, are the  so-called  "MINILEAKS"  that cover more than 90% of the cans’ problems :  these defects  (unbond welds, compound skips, pin holes, flange and beading cracks, seaming defects, easy open lids imperfection and so on)  can be detected with our machines that verify the hermetic closure of the produced cans before they arrive to the palletizer and eject automatically those  that show a leak-level higher than the maximal acceptable tolerance previously settled.
